Lambo was born and raised in Jacksonville, not far from where Lynyrd Skynyrd played some of their first club dates.

Lambo played in several Rock and Roll bands in the area before deciding he was tired of living in a Ford Econoline van with band mates who considered bathing optional.

Intrigued by studio work, he attended the prestigious Full Sail University and worked in Recording Studios in Orlando and Nashville.

Lambo is a tattoo aficionado and designed all his own ink. He is married with children.

In addition to his show on eagle 94.3 Lambo is also Production Director for 5 Star Radio where he can often be found grunting, clapping and wheezing in a dark studio.
